In June 2009 and after spending 12 years working for O2 UK in Leeds, Gavin decided that he needed a new challenge in life.

His first step

He took a big leap of faith and set up his first business ‘GS Development Solutions’ where he quickly became a self-taught memory expert. During his time here, Gavin delivered over 500 exam revision events to young people in the UK, guiding and inspiring them to achieve better exam results.

New skills

With a keen hunger to improve himself, Gavin developed many new skills and discovered his true passion of bringing out the best in others. In 2013, Gavin took another leap of faith… this time focusing on his passion of helping others to excel. Together with his wife Amy, he formed LOAF Training – a company dedicated to helping businesses create incredible experiences for their customers.

Fast forward to today, and while the business has undergone changes and evolved into ‘Gavin Scott’ the personal brand, the core focus of great customer experiences has remained the same.

Gavin now combines his memory techniques and customer experience knowledge to design and deliver events that inspire his audience to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
Business aside, Gavin is a referee and a qualified FA Coach where he supports young people to be the best they can be. Gavin coaches both his son and his two daughters at their local football club in Bawtry where he and his family reside.
